How It Works? It's Easy!

GoDirect FSBO Sellers...

1. Decide which package meets your needs and budget: virtual tour and stills combo package, a virtual tour only package, or digital stills only package. See order form for details and pricing on available packages to enhance your GoDirect Listing.

2. Place your order via our secure online shopping cart using your MasterCard or VISA (debit cards with those logos also accepted).

3. Internet Island will contact you by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order to schedule a time to photograph your home and property.

4. When we contact you we'll be happy to discuss any questions you may have. We also recommend you read our 'FAQ & Tips'.

5. When our photographer arrives for the 'shoot', it will take about 20 to 40 minutes to photograph interior rooms, the house exterior, and/or shoot the virtual tour scenes... depending on the package you ordered. If you don't have a preference, the photographer is happy to offer advice on what rooms or exterior shots will give a great impression of your home.

6. Within 2 - 3 business days following the shoot, we'll process and size tour scenes and photos. We'll upload them directly to your GoDirect Listing, and send an email confirmation with photos and a tour attached for your personal use.
